What you bring on skill with...
- Several years experience working with a programming language as a developer - minimum 2 years
- Good knowledge about a programming language - web based preferred
- You heard about the book "Clean Code" - have read it is a plus
- You can explain what re-usability and single responsibility means
- Good English skills - German is a huge plus

- Be still interested to learn, be open for new approaches, and ready to replace old knowledge
- Be able to accept different opinions, after a direction or approach is set

We want you to become an Appway® developer that will be able to go down and get the job done. You will become an Appway Expert that can quickly develop high end solutions. So we expect you to be the one, that can get things done, and we support you to become a lead too – if you wish so.
As a developer, you can also support experts on consulting tasks. You are on the steps to be senior in what you do. This will your personal and professional goals. You are a role model, that can support your team and client to get the most use out of your work and you will help to achieve the desired project goals. We will make you an expert that can even train and form junior and median developer to improve our overall performance and skills and that we deliver better solutions.

How we work together in our team
You will be assigned to a project and/or work on our own solutions. Ideally you will work with one of our expert within the client teams. Typically the work will be held on the client location. That enhance the communication and trust with the stakeholders and product owners.
You are not alone. As part of our team, you will have full access to our team and knowledge. You have a challenging issue or task? No problem, report it back to your technical lead and our office and we as a whole company will try to get it right and provide you the details for the implementation. This improves your skills, provides the customer a better solution and improves our company spirit.
